My friends daughter just turned two and she is having a birthday party in March. I want to get her something and want it to be AG of course! Do you think she would like Angelina or Alice and are they worth the price?

It depends on the child. One of my DDs got AB at 3 and loved her. I don't think my current 3yo DD would be very cafeful with her. The one that did get her at 3 is now 4 1/2 and still loves AB. She kept the stage looking box that Angelina and the book came in and it is sometimes a stage, sometimes a treasure box. She also loves animals of any kind, anything ballet and all stuffed toys.
If you do decide to get AB, amazon.com has her and Alice for 18.45 each.

We plan on giving Kaitlin Angelina next Christmas and she will be just 2. I think I will hold off on all the outfits until later that year. But we plan on giving her the stage but not the accessories. I think also the Bitty twins are perfectly fine for a child that age.

Angelina and Alice are very cute. I think that is a great present for a 2 year old. I also think bitty bear and the other bitty bunch animals would work too. I don't believe there is anything on those items that a toddler could choke on. I would just take the ribbons off the bitty bunch animals.

My two year old son LOVES his bitty boy twin. He was always trying to do the hair on the regular dolls and trying to change their clothes. Now he has one he can handle better. He loves it and doesn't feel left out now.
